Where your order comes from, how long it takes, and what to expect along the way.
On Orders $50 CAD+
Orders under $50 CAD have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing happens Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Some products are fulfilled directly through our trusted fulfillment partners. Your order may arrive in multiple packages, at different times, with separate tracking numbers.
Delivery estimates at checkout are estimates only. Once your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with tracking — allow up to 48 hours for it to update.
Once handed to the carrier, delivery is their responsibility. Contact our support team if something seems off and we'll help where we can.
Contact us within 14 days of receiving a damaged package with your order number, a description, and clear photos.
We may ship to select international locations. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
